Rudy has enjoyed birds and the natural world since childhood. He moved to Ecuador after graduating from Berea College, Kentucky and being awarded a prestigious Watson Fellowship in 1997. Rudy organizes and leads birding and natural history tours in Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, and Chile. He currently resides in Ecuador’s capital city, Quito.
